Service Update – Canada Post


Dear Valued Customers & Extended Puffland Family,

We sincerely hope that all of you remain in good health, and are getting through these confusing times with optimism and strength! We are writing this post to rectify any misinformation that may be circulating, and to remind you—our friends, family, and fellow Canadians—that we have your back 100%. We will do absolutely everything & anything to prevent supply issues, and ensure you’re all able to obtain your medicine and/or comfort-bud in a safe and timely fashion.  As of now, we’ve experienced some delays in certain areas, and have had indication that any such issues are imminent and Canada Post is doing what they can to deliver your packages. Canada Post has suspended their delivery standard times. With that said, we are seeing some deliveries being delivered faster than usual and some delayed by 2-3 days at most. We do understand that there is a concern, so in case you’d like to stock up on goods, we are always offering specials and cash back puff points with every account registration, reviews, and 2.5% back on all purchases.  Canada Post Notice Canada post issued a statement on March 15, 2020 with their updated Covid-19 policy. They are indeed taking steps to ensure that their staff does not come in contact with anybody unnecessarily; this is to help limit the spread both ways. This may mean that the signature option will become obsolete for the time being. They have, however, assured us that deliveries will continue as the authorities take special measures to combat the spread of the virus. This should remain true, even as any future restrictive policies are implemented. For additional information, you can read the entire Canada Post press release by clicking here.  What is Puffland Doing to help? We have updated our already vigorous Standard Operating Procedures, and have increased hygiene & sterilization measures from the norm by 10-fold; we’ve requested that:

  • Masks are to be changed daily, and worn at all times
  • Hands are to be washed immediately upon arrival; hand sanitizer is subsequently used
  • The above process is to be repeated several times per day
  • Gloves are to be worn at all times; even while handling boxes and non-consumable items
  • All stations and other areas are to wiped with sterilization agents several times per day

At current, we have had no sick personnel. We have instructed that any person with the slightest suspicion of illness or any symptoms to remain at home for at least 14 days, to immediately contact their family doctor for testing, and if necessary to receive proper treatment. Any staff that are not essential to the delivery of your medicine has been asked to work from home for the time being.   What can I do to help? Puffland, will be releasing Covid-19 relief products over the next week e.g. Hand Sanitizer. Many of the products will be offered at discount to help during these tough economic times. Puffland, in attempt to help Canadians displaced by the virus, intends to donate portions of proceeds from these products to relief funds like the Red Cross. We’re trying to do our part and we would be humbled if you’d volunteer your support! How would you do so?
