Shipping Insurance

How does it work?  

We offer shipping insurance in price tiers. This gives you the freedom to choose the exact dollar amount you would like to cover.

Shipping insurance is 10% and guarantees the return of the coverage value chosen, in the event that the package is lost or seized in transit.

Examples:

This means if your $315 package goes missing and you chose $100 to be covered by insurance we would give you a store credit for $100.

If your package is $315 and you would like to cover the total value please round up to the next tier to make sure your package is fully covered. ($325) [Total Insurance Cost: $32.5] However if only $300 was selected we would not reship the package, you would be provided a store credit.

If you choose to cover the entire cost of your order, your order is guaranteed delivery. Meaning, if you do not receive your package, we would reship you a new one.

Coverage will be voided for one of the following:

• • Incorrect Shipping Address Submitted (Do not send payment if your address is incorrect)
  • Package / Content is stolen or altered after it has been marked successfully delivered by the shipping company.

In the event of a lost package:

• Value will be returned in store credit if the amount of coverage chosen is less than the total order value.
• If the amount of coverage selected is exact or exceeds the total order value your order will be reshipped if all items are still in stock. If any item is out of stock we will provide 2 options:  a substitute for the missing item(s), or a credit.

Please Note: Nunavut & Northwest Territory are excluded from shipping insurance, shop at your own risk.
